What we collect

Your email, selected game and platform, contact consent, application status, invitation records, feedback and any evidence you choose to attach.

Why we use it

To select and contact testers, provide access to specific builds and improve our games. This application does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. We use a necessary browser cookie to remember redeemed tester access, and limited request records to prevent abuse.

Who can access it

The A17PROJECT studio and the service providers that host and operate the tester portal. Applications, feedback and bug evidence are not publicly listed.

Your choices

Extra comments and attachments are optional. To withdraw your application, request removal of your information or ask a question, email studio@a17project.com. We use your details for the relevant testing programme; retention and removal are reviewed by the studio.
